We match refugees and asylum seekers with mentors who support them to find a job or work placement that matches their skills.

Our mentors help with things like writing a CV, cover letter, preparing for job interviews and referring to the right company.

If you are in the process of finding work, we can support you.

advocacy

REFEO is proud to support the Lift the Ban campaign. This is a campaign started by Refugee Action demanding that people seeking asylum in the UK have access to employment like everyone else.

We pay for accredited courses that can help refugees to develop their skills and improve employment opportunities.

We work with each person to understand their needs and find a course that matches their needs.

(We offer free used laptops to refugees and asylum seekers who need them for university/ college or work.

If this is you, then you will need to fill out an application form to let us know you are interested. It usually takes us a few weeks to prepare the laptop for use).
